Our Story
Lily and Luci Clark, sisters and natives of Saint Louis, started selling bubble tea at the Soulard Farmers' Market in 2022. Their focus was to create a lower sugar bubble tea that blended Asian tradition with American elements. In 2024, they invested all their revenue into a food truck, and in 2026, they expanded to a storefront located in the Grand Center Arts District. "We wanted to create a bubble tea cafe that provides a third space like they've done in the coffee industry. Our goal is to continue to continue improving amenities at the cafe to become a community staple."
